2. Description of Service

RealBrand Filter is a browser extension that helps users identify and filter products on Amazon based on brand recognition. The Extension:

• Analyzes product listings on Amazon search and category pages
• Classifies brands as "Trusted," "Unknown," or "Suspicious" based on our database
• Allows users to filter, dim, or highlight products based on brand classification
• Provides customizable whitelist and blacklist functionality

3. Visual Filter Only - No Site Modification

You understand and agree that:

• Visual presentation only: The Extension changes only how product listings appear in your browser through CSS styling (dimming, hiding, or highlighting elements)
• No code injection: We do not inject code into Amazon's website or modify its underlying functionality
• No server interaction: The Extension does not communicate with or make requests to Amazon's servers on your behalf
• Reversible changes: All visual modifications are temporary and only exist while the Extension is active. Refreshing the page or disabling the Extension restores the original view
• User-controlled: You have complete control over all filtering preferences and can disable or adjust any feature at any time

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Extension, you agree to:

• Use the Extension only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Extension
• Not use the Extension to harm Amazon or any third parties
• Not use the Extension for any commercial purposes without our written consent
• Comply with Amazon's Terms of Service while using our Extension

5. Brand Classification Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• Our brand database is not exhaustive and may not include all brands
• A "Trusted" classification does not guarantee product quality, authenticity, or safety
• An "Unknown" or "Suspicious" classification does not necessarily indicate a fraudulent or low-quality brand
• Brand classifications may change over time as we update our database
• We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on our classifications

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by M5 Software Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Extension
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Extension

7. Affiliate Links

The Extension may include affiliate links to Amazon products. When you click on a product link:

• An Amazon Associates tag may be appended to the URL (enabled by default)
• We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you
• You can disable this feature in the Extension settings

This affiliate relationship does not influence our brand classifications or recommendations.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M5 Software Solutions LLC and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Update the brand database and classification criteria
• Change features or functionality of the Extension

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Extension or our website. Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Extension for users who violate these Terms.
